RESERVATION’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Arrival – Confirmed accommodation reservation:
If for any reason you were unable to arrive on the start date of your reservation, and were unable to notify us in writing, we will retain the accommodation reserved for you for a maximum of 1 (one) day.
If you do not notify us, we will only be able to offer the accommodation that is available at the time of arrival, and this might not be the same as your original reservation.
If you arrive earlier than indicated, we cannot guarantee that we will provide accommodation for you before the confirmed day.
Attention! Our accommodation can be occupied from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Pets are not allowed in the apartment, mobile home and rental store.
- Modification of order, and other conditions:
2.1. Before arrival, the reservation can only be modified by means of a written agreement with the campsite administration. Changing the arrival or departure date is also considered a modification.
2.2. Upon arrival, it is no longer possible to shorten the duration of the service, in such cases we will charge the full period originally requested.
- Advance payment:
3.1. Confirmed services will only be provided if advance payment is made on time.
3.2. The amount of the advance does not include the costs of the bank transfer; if any, this will be at your expense.
3.3. The remaining balance in the accommodation rates, the additional services you wish to purchase, and the tourist tax, must be paid at the campsite reception on the day of your arrival.
3.4. The tourist tax can only be paid in cash.
- Cancellation (conditions and fees):
If you cancel up to 31 days before your arrival date, no fee will be charged. We will transfer the full amount to your account.
Within 30 days prior to arrival, or if there is no cancellation / modification, the cancellation fee will be the amount of the deposit paid.
Epidemiological Cases: If there is an epidemiological restriction during the reservation dates or a government travel ban that affects the guest, we will not charge the cancellation fee during the days of the ban.
The day of cancellation, is the day we receive your cancellation in writing (notification by email or letter)
- Refund of the deposit (conditions and fees):
In case of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer. We will transfer the amount back minus the cancellation fees. Refunds cannot be made on the spot (at the campground). You are responsible for any bank charges that may arise in connection with the transfer.
- Other important information:
6.1. Bring all your reservation documents with you upon arrival.
6.2. In the case of apartments, mobile homes, our campsite can request the total amount of the accommodation as a deposit before the day of arrival.
6.3. In the case of apartments, mobile homes, a deposit must be made on arrival (between 10,000 and 25,000 HUF, depending on the type of accommodation).
6.4. The actual size of the accommodation may vary slightly within the category.
6.5. When requesting a specific pitch or accommodation number, we will do our best to fulfill the request, but we cannot guarantee this 100%.
6.6. The campsite policy contains important rules that you and your companions must follow. Before your arrival, read the document that has been published on our website, also upon arrival you can find the document at various points in the campsite.
6.7. Please note that, to ensure a quiet camping during the high season, the entrance (gate of Rév Camping) is closed from 22:00 to 08:00, car traffic as well as the arrival and departure of vehicles are prohibited during the specified period. Pedestrian access is available to you at any time during the night.
6.8. We reserve the right to make changes.
Important: Cancellation costs (mostly unexpected) can be reduced by taking out cancellation insurance. We recommend that you check with your insurance company.
